We are looking to recruit an experienced level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our busy nursery. Ideally this would suit someone who is looking to develop their leadership qualities to become a Room Leader.
What can the right candidate offer our setting?
- Be confident in their Child development knowledge
- Have good knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Have experience working with children who need support with speech and language or ASD and be confident to work alongside other professional agencies who support the nursery team as we strive to meet the individual needs of every child.
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification for example NNEB, CACHE Diploma or NVQ, L3 EYE and Nursery experience within the last 5 years is essential.
We are also looking to recruit an Early Years Apprentice
Working hours are 28 – 40 hours per week, (over 4 or 5 days) between 7.45am-5.45pm, all year or term time only.
Pay is from minimum wage, depending on experience with bonuses. Uniform is provided.
The recruitment process will involve a face to face interview. The successful candidate will then be invited for a play and observation assessment within the setting. An enhanced DBS check will be required alongside 2 acceptable references.
